Starling wife of the said Lyne of the County of Franklin and State of Ohio of the first part and Abraham Windell of the County and State aforesaid of the other part Witnesses, That the said Lyne and Maria A. Starling party of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of three hundred and twenty dollars to them in hand paid (or specified to be paid) the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has given granted bargained sold released and conveyed, and by these presents does give grant bargain sell release convey and confirm unto the said Abraham Windell party of the second part, the following described tract or parcel of land situate lying and being in the County of Franklin in the State of Ohio, Being eighty acres of land part of survey No. 3453 entered in name of William Barksdale, bounded as following, Beginning! at the South east corner ____________________W. 184 poles to a stake Southeast corner of land sold to Sandaker, thence with Sandaker's line S. 80 W. 118 poles to a stake Sandaker's South west corner, thence S. 10 E. 108 ½ poles to 2 elms in the South line of the Survey, thence N 80 E. 120 poles to the beginning. Together all the estate right title interest property claim or demand of the said party of the first part either in law or equity of in and to the above described premises. To have and to hold the said premises, with all improvements, privileges and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining, and the rents issues and profits thereof unto the said Abraham Windell, and unto his heirs and assigns forever. And the said Lyne Starling Jr. of the first part for himself and his heirs executors and administrators covenants and promises to and with the said Abraham Windell of the second part, and with his heirs or assigns that he the said Lyne Starling, Jr is! the true and lawful owner of the premises aforesaid, that he has good right and lawful authority to sell and convey the same in manner aforesaid, and that the same are free and clear of and from all mortgages, judgements, liens taxes or incumbrances whatever; and further that he the said Lyne Starling, Jr. and his heirs executors and administrators, will well and truly warrant and defend the premises hereby granted unto the said Abraham Windell and his heirs and assigns forever against the lawful claim and demand of all persons whomsoever.
