Columbus Citizen, 11 May 1923 
Mrs. Alice Bird, 81, Wife of John H. Bird of Bangs, O., died from complications
Thursday night at the home 
of her daughter, Mrs. H.E. Wright, 250 Orchard Lane.  She had been a member of the
M.E. Church at Bangs 
for more than 50 years.  She also leaves one grandson, two great grandchildren,
three brothers, and a 
sister.  The body will be taken by motor to Bangs Monday for funeral and burial by
the H.A. Pletcher Co.
