Columbus Dispatch Columbus, Ohio October 31, 1996 Thomas Addison Oliver, age 57, of 3105 Pontiac St., died Tuesday, October 29, 1996 at American Transitional Hospital. He had been in a coma for the past several weeks after suffering a stroke. Mr. Oliver was born August 26, 1939 in Columbus. He was preceeded in death by parents Walter and Dorothy (Ogden) Oliver and a sister Mrs. Eleanor (Oliver) Brandt. He is survived by his siter, Mrs. Ruth (Oliver) Salisbury; brother Steven E. Oliver and sister-in-law Gwendolyn (Hardesty) Oliver, all of Columbus; 8 nieces and nephews; 15 great-nieces and nephews; 2 great-great-nieces and nephews. He was a member of the Maize Manor United Methodist Church and a U.S. Army veteran. He was an employee of Borden CCCF for 35 years. Service will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, November2, 1996 at the Schoedinger Linden Chapel, 2741 Cleveland Ave., where friends may call 5-8 p.m. Friday. Committal service 1 p.m. at Glouster Cemetery, Glouster, Oh. Paster Webster Cox officiating.
