Jeffrey Fulkerson was born October 7, 1976 and died of injuries he received 
when he hit a deer while riding his Harley Davidson Bike.  Jeffrey was a 
member of the Southeast Ohio Chapter of the Brothers of The Wheel Motorcycle 
Club.  Jeffrey worked in the trasportation field for US Xpress driving a Semi 
Tractor Trailer Rig and relocating frieght nationwide.  He liked the saying 
Git-er-done from Larry the Cable Guy. Jeffrey was a big guy and he had a heart 
just as big as he was.
