Wills: WILLIAM WILLIAMS 
       Gallia Co, Ohio. 
Be it be renembered at the Court of Common Pleas continued and held at the 
Court House in the town of Gallipous in the County of Gallia and State of Ohio 
before Honorable Thomas Chovin, president Thomas Rougers, John L_______, and 
Joseph Fletcher associate Judges of said court on the Eighteenth day of July 
in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty three and in the 
thirty first year of the State. The last will and Testament of William 
Williams late of this County deceased was presented for probate and thereupon 
Samuel Campbell and Eleanor Campbell the two subscribing witnesses thereto   
came by one the court and after being duly sworn declared that they were 
present when the testator signed and acknowledging the same to be his last 
will and testament that they believe he was of sound mind memory and under at 
the time of signing and acknowledging the same that the said will was made 
without any restraint That said dec'd was over twenty one years of age That 
they signed the said will as witnesses in the presence and at the request of 
the Testator whereupon said will is proved approved and allowed as the last 
will and Testament of said ack'd and ordered to be recorded and the same is in 
the words and figures following that is to say; I William Williams of Gallia 
County in the State of Ohio do hereby make my last will and Testament in the 
mannor and _______ following that is to say First I give and devise unto my 
wife my plantation where I now dwell being the Southwest quarter of Section 
thirteen and the West half of the Northwest of the same Section in the 
Township Walnut  _____  ______ sixteen during her natural life and at her 
death to my Son William and of my personal property I wish my Son William to  
have about equal to what the other boys get & I wesh my daughter Jane to have 
the bald mare after the colt is weaned and a cow ______ to make her equal to 
what my other daughters got.  I wish my grand daughter Sarah Waddell should 
she live in the family till she is of age to have about equal to my other 
daughters the balance of my personal property I leave to the disposal of my 
wife I also apoint my wife executrix of this my last will and Testament.  In 
Testimony where of I William Williams have to this my last will consisting of 
one sheet of paper Set my hand and Seal this fourteenth day of August 1832.

Signed Sealed published and declared by William Williams the above named 
testator as and for last will and Testament the presence of us who at his 
request and in his presence have ________ our names as witneeses thereto.

Gallia County js Be it Remembered that a court of Common Pleas ______ held at 
the Court House in the town of Gallipolis in the county of Gallia and the 
State of Ohio by one the Honorable Thomas Chovin (Clovin) president Thomas 
Rougers and Joseph Fletcher asoc Judges of the Court of Common pleas on the 
Eighteenth day of October in the year of one thousand eight hundred and thirty 
three and in the thirty first year of this state, Mary Executrix named in the 
last Will and Testament of William Williams which was _____ the Last ______ of 
this Court came before the Court and having executed and _____ her bond in the 
sum of Six hundred dollars with James Boggs and Andrew Watts her sons and said 
Executing having been thereupon duly sworn according to Law ordered the 
Testamentory issue on application.
