Location: on the south side of Park Ave., a short distance west of South Street (Rt. 44). This cemetery has been variously called Park Street Cemetery and Chardon Village Cemetery. There are twenty-two sections. Sections 18 & 19 have no burials. Sec. 19 has the Cemetery Office. The Cemetery Clerk at the Municipal Center has entered the data into a computer program designed especially for ease of searching. The office maintains a card file and a ledger. Sections and lots have not been identified for those marked "Unknown". Codes for Military Service (Vet.) Information in parentheses came from other sources; i.e., cr & sr = Clerk’s/Sexton’s Record; c = cremains; (Map), the name appears on the map as owned or reserved. An entry such as: SMITH John ( ) means that there is no stone; at least there wasn’t when the record was compiled. *********************************************************************** =================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================================== SURNAME First Name Twp./Cemetery Sec.
