GREENE COUNTY, OHIO

This Deed of conveyance made and executed by and between 

John Lambert &
Amos Lambert, 
Hannah Davis Late Hannah Lambert, 
Robert Parker and Lucina his wife Late Lucina Lambert
THOMAS HOLDEN 
JEMINA HOLDEN 
ISAAC STOUT and HANNAH his wife late HANNAH FULLENS 
children and heirs of ANNA HOLDEN 

which said
John 
Amos 
Hannah 
Gem; 
Lucina Parker, and
Anna Holden 

are and were the brother and sister and true heirs at law of William
Lambert Deceased late of Greene County and State of Ohio of the first part
and Aaron Lambert of the County of Greene and State aforesaid of the other
part (Oitnefseth that for and in consideration of
the sum of one hundred and sixty six dollars sixty six and two third cents
to them in hand paid by the party of the second part the said parties of 
the first part do by these presents see and coming Release and forever 
confirm unto the said Aaron Lambert and unto this heir and assigns forever 
all the right title interest claim and demand of the parties of the first
part and of each of them to a certain in its number four on the plat of 
said farm the property and estate of the said William Lambert deceased 
which decended to them the parties of the first part they being part of 
the heir and legat representatives (Brothers and sisters and one sisters 
children) of the said William Lambert deceased to have and to hold the said 
in lot together with all the privileges and appurtenances there unto
belonging or in anywise appertaining unto him the said Aaron Lambert and
unto his heirs and assign forever.

Isaac Stout and Hannah his wife.  The said Hannah Amos and 
Robert Parker and Lucina his wife by William Parker thier agent and

 Isaac stout and Hannah his wife in their own proper persons here hereunto
set their hands and seals this 12th day of December in the year of our Lord
1833.

Holden Jemina Holden by Thomas Holden Isaac stout and ____ S. HOlden, 
Jemina Holden by Thomas Holden Isaac Stout and Hannah his wife Signed of
the within deed of conveyance and finally acknowledged that she executed
the same freely without fear or coercion of her said heir hand.  Given 
under my hand and seal this 11th day December A.D. 1834.
