;that he has no wife living  andshe no husband living . That neither of said 
parties is an habutial drunkard, epileptic, or insane, and is not under the 
influence of any intoxicating liquor  or narcatic drug; that they are not 
nearer of kin than second cousins and that there is no legal impediment  to 
their marriage.
Sworn  to and subscribed  before me this 7 day of September  A.D. 1926

Beint satisfied there is no legal impediment to said marriage  License is 
gratned  this 7 day of September , 1926 as  Follows:
STATE OF OHIO, GREENE COUNTY SS; tO ANY PERSON LEGALLY AUTHORIZED TO SOLEMONIZE 
mARRIAGES IN SAID COUNTY;
S.C. Wright Judge of the Probate Court within and for the County and State 
aforesaid , have licensed and do hereby License and Authorize 
Mr Ralph Lovett  and Miss Bertha Weaver  to be joined in marriage  
  In witness Whereof , I have hereunto subscribed my name affixed the seal of 
said court and Xenia , this 7 day of September  A.D. 1926     S.C. Wright
