1315          To Any Person Legally Authorized to Solemnize Marriages in said 
County 
I  S. Marshall , Judge of the Probate Court, within and for the County and 
State aforesaid, have Licensed and do hereby License and Authorize 
John C. Lovett and Arra P. Ruse to be joined in Marriage 
                     In witness whereof , I have hereunto subscribed my name , 
and affixed the seal of said Court, at Xenia, the 27 th day of March 1866
