Soward Ennettie Johnson Soward, 74, of Walnut St., Spring Valley, died at Hospitality Home East, Xenia, at 4:40 p.m. Sunday. A native of Sugarcreek Twp., she was born Sept. 21, 1905, the daughter of John and Nettie LeKansas Camp Saylor. She was a former resident of Spring Valley and a member of the Sugarcreek United Church of Christ and the Bellbrook Grange. She was a resident of Hospitality Home East since 1975. She had been employed at Rink's in Xenia and Luttrell's Super Valu i Bellbrook. A daughter, Phyllis, preceded her in death. Surviving are two sons, John J. Johnson of Spring Valley and Marvin E. Johnson of Xenia; a sister, Mrs. hazel gunder of near Poqua; a brother, Argus Saylor of Bellbrook; six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the Neeld Funeral Home, 1276 N. Detroit St. with the Rev. Ray Sturch officiating. Burial will be in Bellbrook Cemetery. Visitation will be held at the funeral home Tuesday from 6 to 9 p.m. Additional Comments: Ennetties mother's maiden name is misspelled in this obituary, it should have read KEMP.
