Personally appeared John Johnson and Miss Ennettie Catherine Saylor who being 
duly sworn say that the statements above set forth are correct and true; that 
he has no wife living and that she has no husband living.  That neither of said 
parties is an habitual drunkard, epileptic, imbecile or insane, and is not 
under the influence of any intoxicating liquor or narcotic druc; that they are 
not nearer of kin than second sousins, and that there is no legal impediment to 
their marriage.

Sworn to and subcribed before me this 4th day of Nov. A.D. 1922

signed: J. Carl Marshall, Judge of the Probate Court within and for the County 
and Stae aforesaid, have licensed and do hereby License and Authorize
Mr. John Johnson and Miss Ennettie Catherine Saylor to be joined in marriage.

In Witness Whereof, I have hereunto subscribed by name and affixed the Seal of 
said Court, at XENIA, this 4th day of Nov. A.D. 1922
