Will of Samuel Findley book K p 587
This will is dated Feby 2, 1866 & says "in view of the advanced period of my 
life: he deems it well to set his house in order &
Gives to wife Martha Findley 80 A of the 120 A I own in Poweslick Co, Iowa
to my youngest daughter, Eliza Margaret Graham 40 A or land in Iowa
to my wife, bals of estate library excepted.
Appoints son Wm T. Findley Exr
Directs that he be buried beside his first wife in Antram, O
Says his library now in the West he hopes to distribute before his death
      Saml Findley
Probated May 10, 1870
