Gives 1st to wife Anna Thompson use of 1/3 of entire estate real & personal 
situate in Perry Tp for life
Second after wife's death to go equally to those of my children, viz: Delila 
Shock, now wife of Joshua Shock, John Thompson, James Thompson, Franklin 
Thompson, Elizabeth Leman, Rebecca Heckathorn & Mary Ann.
Third, to my daughter Phebe $5 for all her right to my earthly estate. Dated 
June 27, 1844
