East half of the northwest quarter of Section 2 township 8 range 8

Recorded: March 8, 1834

This indenture made this Eighteenth day of January in the Year of Our Lord one
thousand Eight hundred and thirty four between James Depew of the County of
Guernsey and State of Ohio and Margaret his wife of the one part and Isaac
Delong of the County and State aforesaid of the other part Witnesseth that the
said James Depew and Margaret his wife for and in consideration of the sum of
two hundred and thirty six dollars current money of the United States of America
to James Depew and his wife in hand paid the receipt whereof said Depew and
Margaret his wife hereby acknowledge and forever acquit discharge the said Isaac
Delong by these presents doth grant bargain sell alien and confirm unto the said
Isaac Delong and his heirs Executors and administrators has granted  bargained
sold aliened and confirmed and by these presents doth grant bargain sell alien
and confirm unto the said Isaac Delong his heirs and assigns forever all that
tract or parcel of land by and being in the County of Guernsey and State of Ohio
it being the East half of the North West  quarter of Section two township Eight
and Range eight together with all in__ments, watercourses profits and
appurtenances whatsoever to the said premises belonging or in anywise
appurtained and the  revisions remain due and profits thereof and all the Estate
right title interest property and demand of the James Depew and Margaret his
wife of in and to the same to have and to hold the Land Conveyance with all and
singular the premises and all part and parcel thereof with every of the
appurtenances unto the said Isaac Delong his heirs and assigns forever to the
only proper case and behoof of him the said Isaac Delong his heirs and assigns
forever and the said James Depew and Margaret his wife for themselves and their
heirs execution and administration as covenant promise and agree to and with the
said Delong his heirs and assigns by these presents that the premises
beforementioned now and forever shall remain free from all forces and other
gifts grants bargains sales dower right and title of dower judgements executions
titles troubles charges and encumbrances whatsoever done or suffered to be done
by me the said James Depew and Margaret his wife and the said james Depew and
Margret his wife and their heirs all and single are the premises had by
bargained and sold by the appurtenances unto the said Isaac Delong his heirs and
assigns  Against then the james Depew and Margaret his wife and their hers and
all and every other person or persons whatsoever doth and will warrant and
forever defend by these presents   In _______ whereof the said James Depew and
Margaret his wife hereunto set our hands and deed this day and year first above
written Signed sealed and delivered in the presence of us
