Lot nineteen in first quarter of township one range three of lands in the United States Military District
Written: May 27, 1837
Recorded: June 21, 1837

Know all men by these presents that Allen Hook and Charlotte Hook wife of the
said Allen Hook of the County of Guernsey in the State of Ohio in Consideration
of the sum of One Hundred dollars to us in hand paid by Wm Y Strong of the
County of Ross in the State of Ohio do hereby remise release and forever quit
claim unto the said William Y Strong his heirs and assigns all our title
interest and estate legal and equitable in the following described premises with
the appurtenances situate in the aforesaid County of Guernsy being the south
half of lot number nineteen in the first quarter of township one in range three
of lands within United States military district Containing fifty acres e the
same more or less.  To have and to hold the above described premises with the
apportioning to the same William Y Strong his heirs and afsigns forever.
In Testimony whereof we have hereunto set our hand and seals this twenty-seventh
day of May Anno Domini Eighteen hundred and thirty seven.
