Depew of the first part for and in consideration of two hundred dollars to be
paid in six years from this date beairing three pr Cent Intrist doth promise
covenant and agree to and with the said Jacob Ringer of the second part his
heirs executors and administrators and asigns that he the said James Depew will
make a sificient deed for the west half of the north west quarter of Section
first  range eight and township eight at the expiration of the aforesaid six
years.  In Testimony whereof of the aforesaid partys hereunto set our hands and
seals this sixth day of October one thousand eight hundred and thirty one
