Lawyer, aged 40 of East Beatty avenue, died at Wells hospital at 1:30 o'clock Tuesday afternoon. She was the wife of Ernest B. Barber who with one daughter, Dorotha and one son, Jack survive. Mrs. Barber had been ill for eight weeks and her condition became critical four weeks ago. She was a member of the Presbyterian church and was active in the work of Class 66. Three sisters, Mrs. Elmer Lepage, Mrs. C. E. Lowry and Mrs. W. J. Danley, all of Cambridge and F. H. Lawyer of Zanesville also survive. Funeral services will be private and will be held at the home of Mrs. LePage, 308 North Seventh street, conducted by Rev. Lester S. Evans, pastor of the Presbyterian church, at 1:30 o'clock Thursday afternoon. Burial will be made at Northwood cemetery.
