Mrs. Blanche D. Butler, 83, of Washington street, Crooksville, died at 5:45 p.m.
Wednesday at Good Samaritan Medical Center, where she had been admitted Tuesday
evening.

Born in Guernsey County, March 10, 1889, she was a daughter of James and Louisa
Howell Oliver.

Her first husband, Charles McLean, died in 1955.  She later married William
Butler, who died in 1960.

Surviving are three sons, Charles McLean of Route 5, Gerald McLean of Roseville
Route 1 and James McLean of Rockford, Ill.; 13 grandchildren; four
great-grandchildren; two brothers, Charles of Seborn avenue and Willis of
Newark; a sister, Mrs. Marie Curtis of Parkersburg, W. VA.

Friends may call at Cannon and Cannon Funeral Home in Crooksville after noone
today.

Services will be held at 2 p.m. Friday at the funeral home with Rev. Richard
McNesh officiating.  Burial will be in Wesley Union Cemetery near White Cottage.
