Lyle Edgar Kennedy, 40, of Newcomerstown R. D. 3, died suddenly at his home 
Thursday as the result of a heart attack.

Born in Guernsey County on June 23, 1913, he was a son of James and the late 
Nellie Nelson Kennedy.  He had lived at this address for three years and 
operated the Orange Feed Mill near his home.

On Jan. 22, 1934, he was married to Lois Little, who survives.  He was a member 
of Flat Ridge Methodist Church, American Legion of Newcomerstown and Blue Ridge 
Grange.

In addition to his widow, he leaves two daughters, Barbara and Joyce, both of 
the home; his father, James Kennedy, of Navarre; and a brother, Harry Kennedy, 
of Williamstown, N. J. One brother and one sister are deceased.

Funeral services will be held from Isleta Methodist Church on Sunday at 2 p.m. 
by Rev. Raymond Lyons and Rev. Ethel Rees of Millersburg.  Burial will be made 
in Fairfield Cemetery at West Lafayette.  Friends may call at Newcomerstown 
Bonnell Funeral Home Saturday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
