Hazel R. Hawkins, 74, of 76643 Norwalk Road, Kimbolton, died at 8:30 p.m
Saturday (May 3, 1986) in Guernsey Memorial Hospital.

She was born Sept. 7, 1911, in Iowa, daughter of the late Walter and Nettie Bell
Ross Worthing.  She was a member of Mt. Herman United Presbyterian Church.

Her husband, Homer J. Hawkins, did in 1984.

She leaves two daughters, Mrs. Russell (Marie) Kennedy of Senecaville and Mrts.
Charles (Betty) Hashman of Kimbolton R. D. 1; a sister, Mrs. George (Lucille)
Snoots of New Concord; seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. today at Bundy-Law Funeral Home
where services will be at 3 p.m. Tuesday with Dr. James Rila officiating. 
Burial will be in Mt. Herman Cemetery.
