KATHRYN L. HICKMAN

Kathryn L. Hickman, 73, of Cambridge, died Saturday (Dec. 21, 2013) at her 
home.

She was born June 19, 1940, in Cambridge, daughter of the late Raymond 
Blattner and Betty J. (Moffett) Blattner.  

Mrs. Hickman worked for several years at the former March Electric.  She was 
also a homemaker.  She enjoyed shopping and dealing at yard sales and 
cherished spending time with her family.

She attended Cambridge High School.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Kitty M. 
Bradford; and a brother, Marty.

She is survived by her husband Roy D. Hickman, whom she married Sept. 13, 
1958; five sons, Roy D. (Janet) Hickman, Jr. of Cambridge, Kenneth L. 
(Roseann) Hickman of Cambridge, Rex A. (Karen) Hickman of Byesville, John P. 
(Stephanie) Hickman of Cambridge, and Brian A. (Courtney) Hickman of 
Cambridge; a daughter, Rebecca J. (Doug) Anderson of Cambridge; two brothers, 
Raymond (Marilyn) Blattner and Bill (Moska) Blattner, both of Cambridge; 
numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Family and friends may call from 10 a.m. to noon Thursday (Dec. 26, 2013) at 
Thorn-Black Funeral Home, Cambridge, where a service will follow at noon.

Burial will be at Northwood Cemetery, Cambridge.
