The Coshocton Tribune March 31, 1962
William Kendrick, 60, Kimbolton Route 1, died at 3 p.m. Friday at Guernsey
Memorial Hospital, Cambridge, where he had been a patient 11 days.

Mr. Kendrick had operated a grocery and filling station at the
Guernsey-Tuscarawas county line for 20 years.

He was born June 26, 1901, in Boyd county, Ky., a son of James and Laura hicks
Kendrick and was married Dec. 22, 1926, to Lela Oliver, who survives.

Other survivors are two daughters, Mrs. Donald Warden, Richville and Mrs. Merle
Opphile, Beverly; one sister, Mrs. Ella Chaffin, Dayton; one brother, Richard
Kendrick, Cincinnati and four grandchildren.  One brother is deceased.

Services will be held at 1 p.m. Monday at the Bonnell-Addy funeral home in
Newcomerstown in charge of Rev. Walter Wilson, Kimbolton.  Burial in Guernsey
Memory Gardens, Cambridge.

Friends may call at the funeral home Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
