The Cambridge Jeffersonian January 23, 1951
Mrs. Lillie M. Lawyer, 76, died suddenly at 4 a.m. at her home, 1307 Clairmont 
Ave.  She was born in Guernsey County, daughter of James and Nancy Black 
Pollock.  Mrs. Lawyer spent all of her life in Cambridge.  She was a member of 
the Second United Presbyterian Church and was very active in church work.

Surviving are her husband, E. W. Lawyer, whom she married 54 years ago, to 
sons, William Everett of Akron, James C. of Cambridge; two sisters, Mrs. 
Orville Kelly, Ft. Collins, Colo., Mrs. James Flanagan, Cambridge.  One 
brother, Carl B. Pollock, Tarentum, Pa.; three grandchildren, four great-
grandchildren.

The body was removed to the Scott Funeral Home.
