Mrs. Sarah Little, aged 78, died of complications at her home on South River st., Newcomerstown, this forenoon at 10 o'clock. She had been bedfast for the past three months. She was born at Marlatt's Run, June 10, 1852. Her parents were the late Mr. and Mrs. John Keast of Birds Run. She resided on a farm near Birds Run most of her life. Mr. and Mrs. Little have resided in Newcomerstown the past nine years. She was a member of the Birds Run M. E. church until she moved to Newcomerstown, where she changed her membership to the M. E. church of that place. She is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Clifford McFarland of Birds Run; four sons, Elva of Post Boy, Russell of West Lafayette, Jess of Mt. Zion and Clyde of the Newcomerstown vicinity; one brother, John Keast of Newcomerstown and five sisters, Mrs. Thomas Sweitzer of Marlatt's Run, Mrs. George Umstott of Kimbolton, Mrs. Samuel Mercer of Iowa City, Mrs. William Vanscikle of Newcomerstown and Mrs. William Uhl of Dover. Funeral services will be conducted at the late home Friday monrning at 10:30 o'clock. Burial will be made in Newcomerstown cemetery.
