Florence Margaret (Maggie) Davis was born July 29, 1894 at Liberty, Gue​rnsey,

Ohio to Alexand​er L. Davis and Margar​et Jane Carothers, the last of
their 
eight children. 

Found in the 1900 & 1910 censuses living at Liberty, Guernsey, Ohio: 
1900: Alexander Davis 47, Margarett Davis 45, Mary E Davis 20, Sarah B Davis 
19, William J Davis 17, Samuel A Davis 15, George M Davis 13, Nannie M Davis 
11, John A Davis 8, Maggie F Davis 6, Nancy Davis 67 (grandmother). 
1910: Alexander L Davis 58, Florence M Davis 16.

She married Frank Ellis Milligan on October 22, 1918 at Cambridge, Guernsey, 
Ohio. 

Couple found in the 1920 census living at Braddock, Allegheny, Pennsylvania: 
Frank Milligan 33, Florence Milligan 25. 

Found in the 1930, 1935, 1940 censuses at Cambridge, Guernsey, Ohio: 
1930: Frank Milligan 43 Florence Milligan 35 Patricia L Milligan 3 3/12. 
1940: Frank E Milligan 52, Florence M Milligan 45, Patty Lou Milligan 13. 

Florence Milligan di​ed March 6, 1970 at Cambridge, Guernsey, Ohio and is 
buried at the Northwood Cemetery in Cambridge, Ohio.​ A photo of the couple's

gravestone can be found at Find A Grave, Memorial # 87270915.
