"BUD" MOSS Clinton L. "Bud" Moss, 66, of Frazeysburg, died Sunday (Dec. 22, 2013) at his home. Born July 17, 1947 in Zanesville, he was a son of the late Virgil D. and Mary Ellen (McFarland) Moss. Mr. Moss was a 1965 graduate of Frazeysburg High School and received his bachelor's degree from West Liberty University near Wheeling, WVa. He was the owner of Moss Accounting and Tax Service of Frazeysburg. He recently retired from the trucking business that he and his parents operated for many years. He was also a member of the Owner-Operators Independent Drivers Association. Bud was secretary-treasurer of Tri-Valley Schools for many years. He was also a former clerk of Jackson Township. For over 40 years he assisted in the administration of the Frazeysburg-Nashport Youth League baseball program. Mr. Moss was very active in the Masonic orders and help plural membership in Frazeysburg Lodge 490, F & A.M. and was a past master of both lodges. He was formerly the secretary of Frazaysburg Lodge and was currently secretary of Irville Lodge. His other Masonic memberships include: past high priest of Muskingum Chapter R.A.M.; past illustrious master of Zanesville Council R & S.M.; past commander of Zanesville Cyrene Commandery, Knights Templar; Ohio Priory No. 18 Knights of the York Cross of Honour; a member of the Ancient and Accepted Order of Scottish Rite, Calley of Cambridge and the Knights Masons of Dublin, Ireland 62. His survivors include an Aunt, Lois Robison of Frazeysburg and several cousins. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Charles Moss, who died in 1943. Calling hours will be 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday (Dec. 26, 2013) at the Frazeysburg Chapel of Vensil & Chute Funeral Home with Masonic services conducted at 8 p.m. Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Friday (Dec. 27, 2013) at the funeral home with the Rev. Jeff Belt officiating. Burial will be in Frazeysburg Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Frazeysburg Volunteer Fire Department, P.O.
