Mr. Neilley was born Dec. 2, 1924 in Guernsey County, a son of Fred and Ada Dyer Neilley of the home. He had been employed at the hospital for more than 10 years and was an Air Force veteran of World War II and a member of the First United Prebyterian Church, Cambridge Lodge F&AM and the Amaranth. Surviving in addition to his parents are his widow, Janet; a daughter, Sandra Sue and a son, Steven, both of the home. A sister is deceased. The Body was taken to Bundy Funeral Home here, where friends may call from 7 to 9 p.m. today and from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday. Services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday in the funeral home with Rev. Charles McCormick officiating. Burial will be in Northwood Cemetery.
