Oliver, 39, Buffalo, passed away suddenly Saturday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock from heart trouble, at the office of Dr. H. R. Neeland, 853 Wheeling avenue, Cambridge. Born in Buffalo, the son of Mr. and Mrs. George Oliver, he spent almost his entire life there. On April 5, 1919, he was united in marriage to Miss Sarah Smith. He was a member of the Harmony Lutheran church at Buffalo and also a member of the Byesville American Legion Post No 116. At the time of his death he was employed as a pumper at the Caldwell mine. Funeral services in charge of members of the American Legion Post No. 116, Byesville, will be held Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Harmony Lutheran church, Buffalo conducted by the pastor, Rev. Myron Danford. Burial will be mae in Pleasant City cemetery.
