Pollock, aged 76 years, passed away at his home on Clairmont avenue Monday afternoon at 3 o'clock after an illness lasting about one year. Mr. Pollock was born on a farm near Cambridge on Nov. 30, 1850, and spent hie entire life in this vicinity. He had been a member of the United Presbyterian church during his entire lifetime and for many years had been active in the Second U. P. church of this city. Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Nancy C. Pollock and the following children; Mrs. E. W. Lawyer and Mrs. J. E. Flanagan, of Cambridge, Mrs. O. P. Kelley of Fort Collins, Colo., and Carl B. Pollock of Newton Falls. One brother, W. R. Pollock and one sister, Mrs. Frank Kelley, both of Cambridge, also survuve. Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday morning at 10 o'clock at the family home on Clairmont avenue by his pastor, Rev. J. C. Smith of the SEcond U. P. church. Interment will be made at Northwood cemetery.
