Sherrard Charles E. Sherrard, 48,died Sunday at 1:30 p.m. from a heart attack while eating dinner at the home of Mrs. Elmer Nicholson, Cambridge R.D. 6, where he had resided the past 27 years. He was pronounced dead at St. Francis Hospital by Coroner W. A. Larrick. The body was removed to the Scott Funeral Home where Cambridge Lodge 631, L.O.O.M, will conduct ritualistic rites at 8:30 p.m. Monday. Rev. James Martin will be in charge of funeral services there Wednesday at 1:30 p.m. Interment will be in Northwood Cemetary. Friends may call Monday 7 to 9 p.m. and Tuesday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Mr. Sherrard was born in Guernsey County, a son of Allen and Mabel Ashley Sherrard. He was a former employee of the American Sheet & Tin Plate Co. and the Cambridge State Hospital. He served as prelate of L.O.O.M. Surviving are one brother, Chester Sherrard, of Steubenville and three sisters, Mrs. Helen Wilson, of Alliance, Mrs. Beulah Hill, of Cambridge and Mrs. Francis Little of Coshocton R.D. 2.
