Samuel Sherrard

Samuel Sherrard, aged 79, passed away Sunday evening at 7:30 o'clock at the 
home of his son, Frank,north of Cambridge on R.D. 5, following an illness 
lasting two months.  The deceased had been a farmer all of his life.
Surviving are three sons and two daughters as follows:  Allen, of Byesville 
R.D. 1; Howard, of Cambridge; Frank, at whoms home he died, Mrs. F.C. Hanna, 
of Columbus, and Mrs. J.F. Forney, of Cambridge.  He is also survived by 16 
grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.  His wife died 11 years ago.  Mr. 
Sherrard was born and reared in this country and had a large number of friends 
and acquaintenances.
Funeral services will be held Wed.
