No. 1105 Marriage License Application 
In the matter of R.H. Sherrard and Anna Marie Burris
To the Honorable Judge of the Probate Court of said County:
The undersigned respectfully makes application for a Marriage License for the 
said parties, and upon oath states:  
that said R.H. Sherrard is 21 years of age on the 19th day of Sept. 1913 
his residence is Cambridge, Ohio 
his place of birth is Cambridge, Ohio
his occupation is Clerk
his father's name is William Sherrard
his mother's maiden name was Sadie Guthrie
that he was not previously married

that said Anna Marie Burris is 19 years of age on the 26 day of Jan. 1913
her residence is Cambridge, Guernsey County, Ohio
her place of birth is Cambridge
her occupation is Laundress
her father's nameis James F. Burris
her mother's maiden name was Etta M. Fulton
that she was not previously married and is not a widow or divorced woman.

That neither of said parties is an habitual dunkard, epileptic, imbecile or 
insane, and is not under the influence of any intoxicating liquor or narcotic 
drug.
Said parties are not nearer of kin than second cousins, and there is no legal 
impediment to their marriage.  It is expected that Rev. W. L.McCormick is to 
solemnize the marriage of said parties Sworn to before me and signed in my 
presence this 25th day of Sept 1913.
R.H. Sherrard, Anna Marie Burris, Worthy Dyson (Probate Judge), and S.M. 
Secrest (Deputy Clerk) all signed.
