The State of Ohio, Guernsey County
William A. Wilson having made application for a LICENSE for himself and Esther 
A. Cornelus and being duly sworn, says that he is of he age of 21 years, and 
has no wife living; and that Esther A. Cornelus is of the age of 18 years, a 
resident of said County, and has no husband living; and that said parties are 
not nearer kin than second cousins; and there is no legal impediment to their 
marriage.

William A. Wilson and Probate Judge, Nathan H. Barber signed the application.
