THE STATE OF OHIO, Guernsey County, ss.
James H. Sherrard having made application for a LICENSE, for himself and Mary 
J. Lusk and being duly sworn, says he is of the age of 21 years, and has no 
wife living, and that Mary J. Lusk is of the age of 18 years, a resident of 
said County, and has no husband living; that said parties are not nearer kin 
then first cousins and there is no legal impediment to their marriage.

Additional Comments:
James H. Sherrard and Probate Judge, Joseph Johnson signed the application.
