The State of Ohio, Guernsey County
John W. Thompson having made application for a LICENSE for himelf and Della M. 
Thomas and being duly sworn, says that he is of the age of 21 years, and has 
no wife living; and that Della M.Thomas is of the age of 18 years, a resident 
of said County, and has no husband living; and that said parties are not 
nearer kin than second cousins; and there is no legal impediment to their 
marriage.

Additional Comments:
John W. Thompson and Probate Judge, James A. Weyer signed the application.
