The State of Ohio, Guernsey County
Harry M. McCracken having made application for a LICENSE for himself and Ruth 
Thompson and being duly sworn, says that he is of he age of 21 years, and has 
no wife living; and that Ruth Thompson is of the age of 18 years, a resident 
of said County, and has no husband living; and that said parties are not 
nearer kin than second cousins; and there is no legal impediment to their 
marriage.

Henry M. McCracken and Probate Judge, Nathan H. Barber signed the application.
