The State of Ohio, Guernsey County
Paul Sherrard having made application for a LICENSE for Melvin L. Sherrard and 
Eva Willis and being duly sworn, says that Melvin L. Sherrard is of the age of 
20 years, and has no wife living; and that Eva Willis is of the age of 18 
years, a resident of said County, and has no husband living; and that said 
parties are not nearer kin than second cousins; and there is no legal 
impediment to their marriage.

Paul Sherrard and Probate Judge, James A. Weyer signed the application.
