I Archibald Wilson of Guernsey County Ohio, being of sound mind and memory, do publish this my last Will and testament. Item 1st: I give and devise unto my Sister Elspy Little, wife of Archibald Little of Tuscarawas County Ohio, Two Hundred (&200) Dollars. Item 2nd: I give and bequeath unto my sister Angeline Glersenhauf of Monroe county Ohio, twenty five ($25) dollars. Item 3rd: I give and devise unto my sister Jane Wilson (who lives with me) all the balance of my property of every description real personal or mixed, during her natural life. (provided she shall not intermarry) and after the death of my said sister Jane Wilson, my desire is that all of said property that may be left unconsumed together with its interest and increase in value that may be found unconsumed shall be equally divided between my two nephews, Robert N. Wilson and George W. Wilson share and share alike. If my sister Jane Wilson shall ever get married, then and in that event my will and desire is that my Executor take possession of all the property left by me together with its increase in value and pay to my said Sister Jane Wilson two thousand dollars and divide the balance of the property by me left together with its increase equally between my nephews Robert N. Wilson and George W. Wilson share and share alike. Item 4th: I do hereby nominate and appoint my nephew Robert N. Wilson Executor of this my last will and testament hereby revoking all other will be me made, hereby authorizing and empowering him to compromise adjust as he may deem proper the debts and claims due me in testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this – day of May A.D. 1872 Archibald Wilson Signed sealed and acknowledged by said A.
