Spenser Cooper, born in Virginia in 1740,died in Hamilton county,Ohio,May 
17,1809.Married in Greenbriar county,Virginia, in 1786 to Anna Crain, born in 
1769, died in Hamilton county,Ohio,1852.They were the parents of eleven 
children:
(1)Spenser Cooper born January 20,1787, married Mary Burton.
(2)Thomas Cooper, born November 23,1788, married Hannah Stewart.
(3)Cynthiana Cooper, born April 5,1791,died 1791.
(4)Sarah Cooper,born September 5,1792,married McDonald-Bates.
(5)Hiram Cooper,born August 13,1795,died 1813.
(6)Kisiah Cooper,born September 23,1797,married John Hill.
(7)Polly Cooper,born August 9,1799,married William Phelps.
(8)Nancy Cooper,born November 29,1801,married William Gibson.
(9)Rebecca Cooper,born March 4,1805,married William Linebach.
(10)William Cooper,born February 22,1807,married Mary Beals.
(11)Joseph Cooper,born November 15,1809,married Nancy Pharis.
