Charles Edward Dornette, an attorney-at-law of Cincinnati who is associated in practice with his brother, George A. Dornette, has earned the reputation he enjoys as a dependable member of his profession. He was born at Cincinnati, February 18, 1885. After attending the city graded schools and the East High School, in 1910 he began the study of law under the preceptorship of Frank Gusweiler and George A. Dornette, and was admitted to the bar in June, 1911. For the following year he did post-graduate work in the law school of the Young Men's Christian Association, and then the present partnership of Dornette & Dornette was formed, the connection proving profitable and congenial to both members of the firm. Mr. Dornette is a member of the Hamilton County Bar Association and American Bar Association. He is a Thirty-second degree Mason and belongs to the Mystic Shrine. The partners are engaged in a lucrative and growing practice, and are recognized as men of pronounced character, whether considered from the standpoint of professional attainments or from the viewpoint of progressive citizenship. Mr. Dornette is a lawyer of broad and practical ability, thorough, determined, alert, versatile and resourceful, and perfectly competent to handle successfully the business entrusted to him, both on account of his training and his keen judgment with reference to human nature and the motives which govern men.
