Melvina Runnels/Reynolds to James Bame on 25 Mar 1868

Personally appeared before me, the undersigned, JUDGE OF THE PROBATE
COURT, within and for the County of Hamilton, James Bame, who being duly
sworn, deposeth and said that he is more than twenty-one years of age,
and has no lawful wife living And that Melvina Runnels is more than
eighteen years of age, and has no lawful husband living; is a resident of
the County of Hamilton aforesaid; and that he knows of no legal objection
to the Marriage contemplated between them.  And further this deponent
saith not.
