Judge of prrobate court 1898
Certificate No.:     817

The State of Ohio Hamillton County
Personally appeared befor me the undersinged,Judge of Probate Court,within and 
for the county of Hamilton  Samuel E Shipman who being duly sworn,deposeth and 
saith,that he ismore then twenty one years of age and has no lawful wife 
living. And that Hattie B, Kelly is more then 18years of age, (17 consent filed)
and has no lawfull husband living; that she is a resident of the county of 
Hamilton aaforsaid; and that the said Samuel E Shipman further says,that said 
Hattie B Kelly and affant are not nearer relation to each other then that of 
second cousin and that he knows of no legal objection to the marriage 
contemplated between tham. And further this deponent saith not.

Additional Comments:
 Sworn to and subscribed befor me this 12th day of July 1898. Howard Gerris
(Probate Judge) Marrige Return. Married on the 12th day of July 1898. Samuel E 
Shipman and Hattei B Kelly. By me a Minister of the Gospel. H. Halfner.
