PETER KNEIPP, who being duly sworn, deposeth and saith, that he is more than twenty-one years of age, and has no lawful wife living. And that CAROLINE KLING is more than eighteen years of age, and has no lawful husband living: that she is a resident of the County of Hamilton aforsaid: and the said PETER KNEIPP futher says, that said CAROLINE KLING and affiant are not nearer relation than second cousin: and that he knows of no legal objection to the marriage completed between them.
