Hamilton County  Marriage Return
Certificate No.:     140

THE STATE OF OHIO, HAMILTON COUNTY
Personally appeared before me, the undersigned,JUDGE OF THE PROBATE COURT, 
within and for the County of Hamilton. PETER KNEIPP, who being duly sworn, 
deposeth and saith, that he is more than twenty-one years of age, and has no 
lawful wife living. And that CAROLINE KLING is more than eighteen years of 
age, and has no lawful husband living: that she is a resident of the County of 
Hamilton aforsaid: and the said PETER KNEIPP futher says, that said CAROLINE 
KLING and affiant are not nearer relation than second cousin: and that he 
knows of no legal objection to the marriage completed between them. And futher 
deponent saith not. Sworn to and subscribed before me this 5th day of July 
1852. J.S. WARREN Probate Judge
MARRIAGE RETURN.
MARRIED on the 12th day of July AD 1852 PETER KNEIPP and CAROLINE KLING by me 
a Pastor of St. Philomena Church. D. KERLOR M.P.

Additional Comments:
Caroline's last name is spelled KLING on this record, but all other records 
and information have her last name as KOENIG
