Of Hamilton County, Greeting; We command that you notify Juliana Meckler, Joseph Meckler, John Meckler and Mary Meckler that a paper writing, purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of Sebastian Meckler, late of said County, deceased, has been filed in the office of the Probate Court of said County; and that the same will be offered for probate and record before the JUDGE OF THE PROBATE COURT at the Court House in Cincinnati, in said County, on the 28th day of July A.D. 1879, at 10 o'clock, am. I Sebastian Meckler, of the City of Cincinnati, County of Hamilton and State of Ohio, being of lawful age, and of a sound and disposing mined and, memory, do make and publish this my last Will and Testament, in the mannerful, loving. That is to say: First: It is to and my will that all My Just debts and Charges be first Duly paid out of my estate, = real Or Personal and so discharged. Second: I give and device unto my be- Loved wife Juliana Meckler, all of the balance of all my Property, wether Real or personal of which I may be possessed at the time of my deceased during her natural life. Third: After the deceased of my said wife, The Property then remaining unconsumed, I give and device unto my Children To be divided equally between them, Share and Share alike. Forth: Should any of my Children depart this life before my said wife with- out heirs of their body's, then and in that case his or her Share shall be divided among the rest of their line. Fifth: I do hereby nominate and appoint my said Wife Executive of this my last Will and Testament and request that no Security be required of her. I also appoint her Guardian of all my minor Children until they be come of age. Sixth: I do hereby revoke all former Wills by me made.
