 Butler County  Be it remembered that the account of the Administration of the
Estate of Robert Kirkpatrick deceased heretofor presented by Elliott Kirkpatrick
Administrator of said estate for settlement as follows to wit:

 At which being examined by the court is approved showing that said estate has
been settled and that there remained in the hands of said Administrator for
distribution the sum of one hundred and thirty dollars and twenty-nine cents
accord. to law.	


 

Additional Comments:
 There are two more sheets sent to me from the Butler County Court -- one lists
the heirs as Samuel, David, William, Benjamin, and James Kirkpatrick -- Rebecca
Young, Maria McCaules, heirs of Johnson Kirkpatrick and heirs of Wm.Kirkpatrick
       Settlement date  June 12 1847
