Barnhill twelve hundred thirty and 66/100 dollars received to my full satisfaction of Tobias G. Barnhill the Grantee, do give grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the said Grantee his heirs and assigns, the following described premises. Situate in the Township of Liberty County of Hancock and State of Ohio and known as All my interest and estate in and to the following premises to wit: being the undivided one sixth (1/6) part or devised to me by the will of the late Joseph Barnhill my father and which includes the undivided one ninth of said whole estate which is now vested in me and also includes the protion devised by said will to my son Bertie W.
