Mary M. VENT
UPPER SANDUSKY - Mrs. Mary M. Vent, 81, of Upper Sandusky,
died at 4:34 a.m. Thursday in Wyandot Memorial Hospital.  She
had been in failing health several years.
Born  Sept 13, 1886 in New Riegel, she was the daughter of John
and Catherine (Lutz) GOSCHE.  She was married to John B. VENT
in 1907 and he died in 1957.
Surviving are sons, Francis,  Herman,  Wilfred,  Lawrence, and
Gilbert, all of Upper Sandusky;  daughters, Irene and Geraldine
VENT,  and Mrs. Max (Lorence) STARK, all of Upper Sandusky,
and Mrs. J. Albert (Gertrude) THIEL, Forest.
Also surviving are half-brothers, George and Emil RAHRIG, both
to Lima;  25 grandchildren and 18 great- grandchildren.
Mrs. Vent was a member of St. Peter's Catholic Church and its
Rosary Altar Society.
Services are a t 10 a.m.  Saturday in the church, the Rev.  Richard
Morman officiating.  Burial will be in the parish cemetery.  Friends
may call at the Bringman & Co. Funeral Home from 3 to 5 p.m.  and
7 to 9 p.m.  Friday.  The Rosary will be recited in the funeral home
at 8:30 p.m. Friday.
