As will more fully appear by reference to the Inventory and sale Bill of said estate on file in said court, but not more than three hundred and eight dollars can be realized therefrom. The amount of debts owing by said deceased, as nearly as they can now be ascertained, amount to five hundred forty dollars. The personal estate and effects are insufficient to pay said debts. The said decedent died seized in fee simple of the following real estate situate in said county of Hardin, and described as follows to wit, The Northwest quarter of the Southeast quarter of Section Seven, Town four, and range ten containing forty acres, more or less. also a certain other tract or parcel of land containing one half acre situate in said county and being part of the Southwest corner of the East half of the Northeast quarter of said section seven, for a more particular description of said las mentioned tract of land, reference may be had to a deed for the same made by Jabez Hunter to Jacob H. Houser. The decedent died leaving your petitioner his widow and who is entitled to dower in said premises. The following are the heirs having the next estate of inheritance in the premises above described from said decedent, namely, Stiles Winters of Ashland County Ohio, Rosannah Mooney wife of Jacob Mooney of Union County Ohio, Isaiah Winters, Jane Dickey, wife of James Dickey, John Winters of Crawford County Ohio, Catherine Borden wife of J. H. Borden of Henry County Ohio, James Winters, Eleanor Alexander & Phillip Alexander of Hardin County Ohio, and Eliza Craft wife of Joseph Craft of Fulton County Indiana. Your petitioner further represents that one Samuel Dickey of Hardin County Ohio has no claims to have a mortgage lien on said premises. Your petitioner prays that the said persons above mentioned and described, having the next estate of inheritance in said premises from said decedent, together with the said Samuel Dickey may be made parties defendant to this petition, that the dower of your petitioner may be set off, the lein of the said Samuel Dickey may be adjusted, and that your petioner may be ordered to sell said real estate , and such other and further relief as maybe just in the premises, By Jas.
