All rights reserved. http://www.usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://www.usgwarchives.net/oh/ohfiles.htm ************************************************ File contributed for use in USGenWeb Archives by: Rita Guzzo rita.guzzo_47@verizon.net May 9, 2011, 6:38 pm Written: November 29, 1867 Recorded: September 2, 1868 Know all men by these presents that we P C Boslaw & Harriet Boslaw wife of said P C Boslaw of the County of Hardin and State of Ohio for and in considerations of the sum of one hundred and fifty dollars to us in hand paid by Elizabeth W Zimmerman of the County of Hardin and State of Ohio the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged do hereby grant bargain sell alien convey and confirm unto the said Elizabeth W Zimmerman her heirs and assigns forever the following premises situate in the County of Hardin and State of Ohio and bounded and described as follows to wit: a part of the East half of the South West quarter of Section Eighteen in Township three South of Range twelve it being a part of said land reserved in sale made to H G Harris commencing at the South end of said reserve near an Elm tree near the outlett and thence running North parallel with the Railroad about (220) two hundred and twenty feet to an Iron Stake Sixty six feet from center of Rail Road: thence East fifteen Rods from center of Railroad: thence South about two hundred and twenty feet: thence West to the place of beginning To have and to hold the said granted premises with all the appurtenances and privileges to the same belonging unto the said Elizabeth W Zimmerman her heirs and assigns forever. And the said P C Boslaw for himself and heirs doth hereby covenant with the said Elizabeth W. Zimmerman her heirs and assigns that she is lawfully seized of the premises aforesaid that they are free and clear from all incumbrances whatsoever and that he will forever warrant and defend the same with the appurtenances to the said Elizabeth W Zimmerman her heirs and assigns against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever. In testimony whereof the said P C Boslaw together with Harriet Boslaw who hereby releases her right of dower in the said premises have hereunto set their hands and seals this twenty ninth day of Nov in the year of Our Lord one thousand eight hundred and sixty seven Signed Sealed and delivered P C Boslaw LS In the presence of Harriet Boslaw LS J W Cramer Ezekiel Stout The State of Ohio Hardin County SS.
