Kenton News, Kenton, OH
Mrs McElroy died at the residence of Wm McElroy, near Ada, on Tuesday the 23d 
inst at the advanced age of 75 years, 10 months and 29 days.

Mrs McElroy was the mother of sixteen children, seven of whom survive her.  
She was a zealous Christian, and a kind and indulgent mother.  Her funeral 
sermon was preached by Rev Marshal Candler, the test the 22 verse of the 16 
chapter of John.
